MEMS elements are mechanical structures made of silicon that can be used to measure movement such as acceleration, angular velocity, or pressure.At Murata Finland\u2019s Validation Laboratory, reliability and functionality tests are performed to ensure that Murata\u2019s MEMS sensor elements and components meet high quality and customer requirements.Murata Finland\u2019s Production System Development (PSD) & Production Planning (PP) team is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time.
