Tuotannosta viestint\u00e4\u00e4n \u2013 t\u00e4ss\u00e4 blogissa kerron kokemuksistani Murata Finlandin viestinn\u00e4ss\u00e4.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hei kaikille! Olen Miia<\/strong>, ja toimin Muratalla aluevastaavana anturikiekkovalmistuksessa. Aloitin Muratalla alkuvuonna 2020 tuotannon operaattorina kiekkovalmistuksessa, mist\u00e4 siirryin nykyiseen teht\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4ni kiekkovalmistuksen aluevastaavaksi syksyll\u00e4 2022. Aluevastaavan ty\u00f6nkuvaan kuuluu tuotannon ohjaaminen sek\u00e4 sen varmistaminen, ett\u00e4 prosessoitavat tuotteet etenev\u00e4t tuotannossa sujuvasti ja tavoitteiden mukaisesti. Toimin niin sanotusti tuotannon esihenkil\u00f6n \u201doikeana k\u00e4ten\u00e4\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viime vuonna minulle tarjoutui tilaisuus siirty\u00e4 ty\u00f6skentelem\u00e4\u00e4n m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ajaksi Muratan viestint\u00e4\u00e4n. Olin kes\u00e4lomalla, kun tuotannon esihenkil\u00f6ni ilmoitti, ett\u00e4 minut on valittu t\u00e4h\u00e4n teht\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4n. Alun perin rennoksi iltap\u00e4iv\u00e4n vietoksi suunniteltu lounas BBQ-ravintolassa muuttui sitten ty\u00f6asioiden ruotimiseksi\u2026 Viestinn\u00e4ss\u00e4 aloitin syyskuussa 2024. Ty\u00f6nkuvaani kuuluu p\u00e4\u00e4asiassa Muratan Suomen-yksik\u00f6n sis\u00e4inen viestint\u00e4. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taustoistani sen verran, ett\u00e4 aktiivinen kirjoittaminen on ollut osa el\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4ni jo jonkin aikaa: olen harrastustoiminnan parissa kirjoittanut aktiivisesti artikkeleita er\u00e4\u00e4n yhdistyksen lehteen jo noin 10 vuoden ajan. Lis\u00e4ksi tuotan satunnaisesti sis\u00e4lt\u00f6\u00e4 yhdistyksen SoMe-kanaville. Kirjallinen taustani on todenn\u00e4k\u00f6isesti ollut katalysaattori sille, ett\u00e4 minulle tarjottiin mahdollisuutta p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4 n\u00e4kem\u00e4\u00e4n, millaista ty\u00f6 viestinn\u00e4ss\u00e4 on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Muratalla \u2013 kuten muissakin yrityksiss\u00e4 \u2013 viestinn\u00e4n teht\u00e4v\u00e4n\u00e4 on tukea johtoa ja organisaatiota viestinn\u00e4n keinoin \u2013 niin sis\u00e4isesti kuin ulkoisestikin. Sis\u00e4isen viestinn\u00e4n \u2013 jossa siis itse p\u00e4\u00e4s\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00f6isesti toimin \u2013 tavoitteena on esimerkiksi viesti\u00e4 muutoksista ja strategiasta, edist\u00e4\u00e4 yhteis\u00f6llisyytt\u00e4 ja vuoropuhelua sek\u00e4 vahvistaa yrityskulttuuriamme. Teht\u00e4viini kuuluvat muun muassa sis\u00e4ll\u00f6ntuotanto eli uutisten ja blogien kirjoittaminen intraan sek\u00e4 kollegoideni tuottamien sis\u00e4lt\u00f6jen editointi ja julkaisu. Lis\u00e4ksi olen mukana suunnittelemassa ja toteuttamassa erilaisia sis\u00e4isi\u00e4 tapahtumia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ty\u00f6ni viestinn\u00e4ss\u00e4 on itsen\u00e4ist\u00e4 ja tarjoaa mahdollisuuden itseohjautuvuuteen: saan vapaasti ideoida ja ehdottaa viestint\u00e4aiheita, jotka tukevat Muratan tavoitteita. Ty\u00f6p\u00e4iv\u00e4t ovat kesken\u00e4\u00e4n hyvin vaihtelevia, ja kahta kesken\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4ysin identtist\u00e4 ty\u00f6p\u00e4iv\u00e4\u00e4 tuskin sattuu kohdalle; ty\u00f6vuoron alussa en voi koskaan olla t\u00e4ysin varma, millainen ty\u00f6p\u00e4iv\u00e4 on luvassa. Kalenteri saattaa lyhyell\u00e4kin varoitusajalla t\u00e4ytty\u00e4 yll\u00e4tt\u00e4vist\u00e4, kiireellisist\u00e4 ty\u00f6- ja tiedotteiden julkaisupyynn\u00f6ist\u00e4 sek\u00e4 eri ty\u00f6ryhmien palaverikutsuista. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mik\u00e4 sitten on parasta ty\u00f6ss\u00e4ni viestinn\u00e4ss\u00e4? Ehdottomasti mahdollisuus itseohjautuvuuteen ja yhteisty\u00f6h\u00f6n eri tiimien kanssa sek\u00e4 se, ett\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4sen viestinn\u00e4n keinoin luomaan positiivista henke\u00e4 ja yhteenkuuluvuuden tunnetta organisaation sis\u00e4ll\u00e4. Olen saanut tilaisuuden tutustua useisiin itselleni aiemmin tuntemattomiin tiimeihin \u2013 uusiin ihmisiin ja eri tiimien ty\u00f6nkuvaan tutustuminen on ollut eritt\u00e4in antoisaa. Lis\u00e4ksi pid\u00e4n kovasti siit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6 on vaihtelevaa ja viestinn\u00e4n teht\u00e4v\u00e4alue on laaja. Uutta opittavaa ja l\u00f6yt\u00e4misen iloa saan viestinn\u00e4n parissa l\u00e4hes p\u00e4ivitt\u00e4in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Koen, ett\u00e4 on hy\u00f6dyllist\u00e4 v\u00e4lill\u00e4 kokeilla uusia asioita; viestinn\u00e4n m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4aikaisteht\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4 on ollut itselleni hy\u00f6ty\u00e4 rikastuttavana kokemuksena, sek\u00e4 mahdollisesti my\u00f6s tulevaisuuden kannalta. Lis\u00e4ksi teht\u00e4v\u00e4 on hy\u00f6dytt\u00e4nyt my\u00f6s yrityst\u00e4, sill\u00e4 minulla on mahdollisuus tuoda tuotannon ja tuotannon ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmaa sis\u00e4iseen viestint\u00e4\u00e4n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From MEMS sensor production to Communications \u2013 in this blog, I'll share my experiences in Murata Finland's Communications.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hello everyone! I'm Miia<\/strong>, and I work as a Shift Leader in MEMS Sensor Wafer Manufacturing at Murata. I started at Murata in early 2020 as a Processing Operator in Wafer Manufacturing, and then transitioned to my current role as a Shift Leader in the fall of 2022. The job description of a Shift Leader includes overseeing production and ensuring that the products being processed progress smoothly through the production and meet targets. In other words, I serve as the \"right hand\" of the Production Supervisor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was given the opportunity to work temporarily in Murata's Communications. I was on summer vacation when my Production Supervisor informed me that I had been selected for a temporary position in Communications. What was originally planned as a relaxing afternoon lunch at a BBQ restaurant turned into a discussion about work matters... I started in Communications in September 2024. My role primarily involves internal communication at Murata Finland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To give you some background, active writing has been a part of my life for quite some time: I have been writing articles for an association's magazine as part of my hobbies for about 10 years. Additionally, I occasionally produce content for the association's social media channels. My background in writing likely served as a catalyst for being offered the opportunity to see what working in Communications is like. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Murata\u2014like in other companies\u2014the role of Communications is to support management and the organization through both internal and external communication. The goals of internal communication\u2014where I primarily operate\u2014include conveying information about changes and strategy, promoting community and dialogue, and strengthening our corporate culture through communication. My tasks include content production, such as writing news articles and blogs for the intranet, as well as editing and publishing content created by my colleagues. Additionally, I am involved in planning and executing various internal events. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My work in Communications is independent and offers the opportunity for self-direction: I am free to come up with ideas and propose communication topics that support Murata's goals. Workdays vary greatly, so it\u2019s unlikely any two days are completely identical; at the start of my shift, I can never be entirely sure what kind of workday lies ahead. My calendar might quickly fill up with unexpected, urgent requests for work and announcements, along with meeting invitations from different working groups. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, what is the best part of my job in Communications? The opportunity for self-direction and collaboration with different teams, as well as the chance to create a positive atmosphere and a sense of belonging within the organization through communication. I have had the opportunity to get to know several teams that were previously unfamiliar to me\u2014meeting new people and learning about different teams' roles has been extremely rewarding. Additionally, I really enjoy that the work is varied and that the scope of communication tasks is broad. Every day offers something new to learn and discover in Communications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I feel that it's beneficial to try new things from time to time; the temporary role in Communications has been enriching for me and may also benefit my future career. Additionally, the role has benefited the company because I have the opportunity to bring the perspective of production and Processing Operators into internal communications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am extremely grateful for the opportunity offered to me to experience completely new tasks and to expand my skills and knowledge of Murata's operations, products, and teams! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
