Muutosneuvottelut tuotannon työvuorojen uudelleen järjestämisestä

Murata Electronics Oy käynnistää muutosneuvottelut tuotannon työvuorojen uudelleen järjestämisestä. Tavoitteena on sujuvoittaa tuotantoa ja parantaa tuottavuutta pitkällä aikavälillä.

Muutosneuvottelujen tavoitteena ei ole irtisanoa, vähentää, lomauttaa tai osa-aikaistaa henkilöstöä.

Muutosneuvottelujen piirissä on yhteensä 195 anturituotannossa työskentelevää henkilöä. Murata Electronics Oy:llä työskentelee tällä hetkellä yhteensä noin 1 000 henkilöä erilaisissa tuotannon ja asiantuntijatehtävissä.
