The Kaizen Core team brings together Murata Finland employees who share a burning passion for improving operations and enhancing the work environment.

I work in Finland at Murata’s R&D, and recently, I had the opportunity to go on assignment to Japan. My family and I moved here in January 2024.

I’m Antti and this is my third summer in Murata Finland’s validation laboratory. I’m an electrical engineering student at Aalto University and currently, I’m in the final stages of my master’s studies with plans to graduate by the summer of 2025.

In this career story, we get to know Cindy, who works at Murata Finland in the External Accounting team as an Accountant. Cindy’s journey at Murata began with testing MEMS sensor products and continued through various phases and additional studies towards her childhood dream of working with numbers.

The annual, three-month-long International Talent program at Aalto University brings together international students and companies. The program started in 2020 with the aim of helping students find employment and stay in Finland.
